Very rare curly maple... a wood so special.... it alamost lloks like a faux finish. This piece has been refinished by previous owner, several layers of paint were removed to expose the gorgeous grain of the curly maple. The drawers were rebuilt, and inside shelving replaced. This piece is so unusual, and would look uequally at home in a modern interior as it would a farmhouse. Measures 39" wide, 21" deep, 29" high, and 38" high backpiece.
The origianl bathroom cabinet. Made in Ontario, circa 1880, pine. This is the perfect piece for a bathroom, hallway, or bedside. Measures 31" wide, 39" wide including towel bars, 16 1/2" deep, 30" high, 41" high with decorative back.
This pretty little gem, with a scallop front skirt bottom and sides was made in Ontario, circa 1880. Features square nails through out, pine drawers and maple top, and porcelain hardware (not orginal). All drawers move smoothly. Measures 38" wide, 17" deep, and 35" high.
Beautifully aged pine with some origianl paint, circa 1880. This chest was most likely a carpenters's chest for holding tools of the trade. Top has been refinished to show the aged pine, hand rubbed oil finish. this chest would make the perfect coffee table. Measures 33" wide, 17 1'2" deep, 17" high.
The previous owner acquired this bench from a Doukhobor regionin the interior of BC. Made of pine and fir, early 1900's. There is a set of custom cushions also available for the bench. Measures 74" long, and 27" deep.
This oak Irish settee, circa 1800, was in rough shape when it was found. The orignial finiah was litterally peeling off. We decided to leave the wood in "the raw" which makes the hand carved lion heads stand out. Upholstered in a heavy 100 % cottong duck contemporary zebra print, with leather and brass hand nail trim. This piece is a work of art that also is comfortable to sit on. Measures 45 " long, and 25" deep.
These were the original kitchen islands of their day. The original flour bins are perfectly intact and there is a pull our cutting board. Made of fir and pine, the base is painted. The top has an authentic worn look. Perfect for the kitchen, potting shed, great work table. Measures 27" by 47".
