This table comes from Buchanan, Saskatchewan, which was home of a large Doukhobor colony. This table has all the markings of early settler, communal living. The top has 2 wide fir planks, scrub board finish, and 2 shallow leaves that come up on either side to extend the width. Perfect for tall people to sit at as the leaves allow lots of room around the table apron. Measures 75" long, 22" wide, leaves down, and 33" wide leaves up, 30" high. there are 2 benches that go with the table, but are being sold separately.
